The Wye River Parents Association is excited to offer the 2009-2010 activities! Our families’ help and support is critical to the offering and success of these events for the students and parents. Most of these activities take minimal effort to coordinate. We hope that you will consider sharing your talents and time to fulfill these activities.

9/3/09 Family Open House in the Caroline College Center, 2nd Floor–Join your student and other parents for snacks, meet/ greet the teachers, and attend a brief Parent Association Meeting. Also kickoff of the PA Fundraiser to support student and parent activities. Hope to see everyone there!

9/16/09 – Tailgate barbecue at home soccer game - pot luck to go with burgers

9/24/09 Back to School Night- Pot luck dinner begins 5:00 p.m., program immediately following, bring your family   Freshmen-Desserts; Sophomores-Sides; Juniors-drinks (water/lemonade/soda); Seniors-Salads WE WILL ROTATE DISHES FOR EACH POTLUCK

10/2009 – Friday Student/Parent Outing – strictly social – bowling? Laser tag? – Open and date TBD

11/2009 Parent Shadow Day – parents visit classes, light refreshments- Open and date TBD

1 or 2/2010 WRUS Family Outing (restaurant fundraiser) – Open and date TBD
