We strongly believe that Wye River Upper School students can benefit from and be a benefit to our community. It is part of our mission to not only educate our students, but to be a resource to our community at large.

In the continuing tradition of service to others, Wye River Upper School students, faculty and staff recently participated with the Queenstown Bank of Maryland and its program of “Give2TheTroops.”
           
The multitude of donations included non-perishable food items such as beef jerky, granola bars and trail mix, toiletries, and entertainment items, such as DVDs and books.  Collected items are presently being shipped to our military personnel all over the world.
