Welcome to Wye River Upper School
located on the campus of Chesapeake College in scenic Wye Mills,
Maryland. We are a non-profit, college preparatory, independent
high school for grades 9-12. We serve bright students challenged
by ADHD, dyslexia, and other unique learning styles, as well
as students who may benefit from structure, low student/teacher
ratios and creative teaching strategies.
WRUS enrolls students from nine Maryland counties, including Anne Arundel, Prince George's and Montgomery, and students from Delaware. Our daily transportation service from the Annapolis area makes our program a reality for families searching for an innovative, student-centered approach to education. For more information,
