Wye River Upper School partners with the Arts Councils of Maryland and surrounding Mid-Shore Counties to fund a variety of guest artists and authors for week long instruction.

We are pleased to announce Mr. Rob Levit as our upcoming Artist- in-residence in April 2008 to lead instruction in jazz composition and performance. Mr. Levit is funded through a partnership with the Maryland State Arts Council. http://www.roblevit.com

WRUS recently hosted Ms. Susan Argo, poet-in-residence, whose leadership cultivated prize winning poetry entries in regional and state competitions. Mr. Danny Tepper, retired network TV producer, led our students in 'TV 101: The Art of Pitching" when producing major network TV shows.
